Sometimes you need to treat yourself to a delicious dessert but most things are super processed and not so good for you. Well I have a solution which is this delicious avocado and banana nice cream. The perfect dessert and easy to make.
2 Ripe Bananas
1 cup coconut frozen yoghurt (Or freeze some tinned coconut milk)
1 Kiwi (Or any other fruit for topping)
2 Tbs Wilde nuts Cocoberry crunch
1 1/2 Tbs of Matcha Tea Nut Butter
1 Tsp of honey
½ cup of almond milk
Cut banana into slices and avocado into small chunks place into a Tuperware and freeze for 2 hours.
Remove fruit from the freezer and put into blender with coconut frozen yoghurt, almond milk ½ Tbsp of Matcha Tea nut butter and blend until smooth.
Add honey to taste.
Slice Kiwi (Or any fruit you wish to garnish with)
Poor contents from blender into your favourite bowl sprinkle Cocoberry crunch granola over the top, place your slices of kiwi and spoon a helping of Matcha tea nut butter.
