1 tsp Wilde Nuts strawberry powder
1/2 cup (100g) cashew milk
1/8 cup (30g) chia seeds
1 tbs + 1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp lemon juice
In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with cashew milk, strawberry powder, lemon juice and maple syrup.
Let the mixture sit in the fridge overnight.
If the mixture gets too thick, add a bit more cashew milk.
Top your chia pudding with with chopped Wilde Nuts vegan lemon drizzle cashews, desiccated coconut, Wilde Nuts goji berries or any topping of choice.
