Now that the summer is over, we need to get back to old our routines. Try this easy and fun energy ball recipe to help get you motivated. Perfect for breakfast on the go, a snack to have in the office or even at the gym.
1 cup granola
1 tin chickpeas
4 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
Deshell chick peas and dry with a paper towel.
Blend the chickpeas in a food processor or blender
Mix in peanut butter, honey and vanilla bean paste until incorporated.
Mix in chocolate chips & granola.
Form into balls.
Roll in a topping of your choice (we chose desiccated coconut and cacao powder)
