Wilde Nut Loaf

It's Bread week on the Great British bake off! (Great British Baking Show) The combination of the show and the weather has inspired this Wilde Nut Loaf. We've tested it here, and it's amazing, especially with a cup of tea in the morning. 



4 bananas

1/4 cup coconut oil

Self-Raising Flour

2 tsp of hot water

1/4 tsp salt

3 cups Wilde Nuts Coconut Crunch Granola

2 cups chopped dried fruit of your choice



pre heat oven to 180 C

Grease a loaf tin with some olive oil

Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add the coconut oil and mix well.

Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt and water and mix.

Fold in the dried fruit, and Coconut Crunch Granola (fold until Granola and fruit is distributed evenly throughout mixture).

Pour into loaf tin and spread into corners with a spatula.

Place in the oven for 40 minutes until the top turns golden brown. Pierce with a skewer and check it comes out dry.

Leave the bread to cool, then slice and enjoy!
