On hot summer days or when you are in a rush in the morning its hard to get motivated for breakfast. I have been really enjoying making these Fro Yo Bites. Once they are made they keep well in the in a Tupperware box in the freezer.
1 Tub Coconut Yoghurt (Any plant based yoghurt).
1/2 cup of frozen berry.
Pour some granola into the base of 6 cupcake bases.
Scoop a generous amount of yoghurt into each cupcake case and smooth down with back of spoon.
Sprinkle berries over each yoghurt filled cupcake case and press into the yoghurt.
Transfer them into the freezer and leave over night (or 4 hours if you can't wait like me!).
Remove from freezer and take the Fro yo bites out of the cup cake cases and enjoy!
