Banana and Gojiberry Granolabars

A brilliant first recipe from our guest blogger Caroline, these are a great picnic treat for the whole family. Make a batch of these to bring with you when you go out and you will have energy all day long. 

No bake banana and gojiberry granolabars (makes 6)

Ingredients:
100g cacao crunch granola

50g cashewbutter (or any other nutbutter)

100g dates

100g ripe banana

30g gojiberries

120g oats

Directions:

Blend banana and dates in a blender or foodprocessor

Transfer the mixture to a mixingbowl with the granola

Add cashewbutter and maplesyrup to a saucepan and warm over low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour it in to the bowl with granola and mix well with your hands

Transfer the mixture to a baking pan with parchmentpaper

Press the mixture down evenly

Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting into bars
